This seasoning, made with chilli pepper, walnut, garlic, dried tomato, basil, black and smoked pepper, brings out the best flavour for the most demanding palates. With a fusion of products that are highly appreciated when it comes to seasoning any dish and enjoying the taste of the Mediterranean.
It is orange in colour and enhances any dish in general, improving its presentation and adding a special flavour.
Using tomato in gastronomy makes it possible to enrich many dishes; its taste is very intense as it contains less water.
Some historical data indicate that the tomato comes from South America, specifically, the coast of Peru, from which it was exported to Europe in 1519.

Origin
Spring salt flakes from the underground rivers of Villena, Alicante, collected by hand using traditional methods.

Ingredients
Smoked salt (salt, smoke), toasted almond*, chilli pepper* (capsicum annum L.), dried tomato*, garlic*, basil* and white pepper*. (*organically grown).

Perfect for seasoning vinaigrettes, guacamole, cocktails or any dish, creating a fantastic Mediterranean flavour. Season just before serving.
