All the salt comes from our Salina de la Fortuna in Villena, Alicante.
Ingredients
Sichuan Pepper & Ginger: Flocons de Sel (flakes), ginger and Sichuan pepper.
Wasabi & Soy: Flocons de Sel (flakes), soy sauce, black sesame and wasabi.
Smoked: Flocons de Sel (flakes), with chilli pepper, walnut, garlic, dehydrated tomato, basil, black and smoked pepper.
Season your best dishes at the time of serving.
