Craft Process
Petals of salt are salts in the form of 100% natural pyramidal crystals, which are born from our Salinas de Villena, where an underground spring of salt water lies.
These salt flats are far from any sea or ocean and are free of marine polluting effects. Unique because of its origin.
It is manufactured in the most rigorous and slow way there is, controlling the parameters of temperature and origin. Its crystals are fragile enough to break between the fingers and when served, they merge with the dish, enhancing the flavors of the food.
