Petals of Salt Fossil®, is a salt in the form of pyramidal crystals, with a very mild flavor due to its mineral origin and its high content of trace elements, which, unlike some salts in marine flakes, does not have that slightly bitter aftertaste. By adding Petals of Salt when serving, these are fused in the dish, enhancing the flavors of the food. Its crystals are pyramid-shaped and brittle enough to break between fingers. It is manufactured in the most rigorous and slow way there is, controlling the parameters of temperature and origin.
