And if we add Brittany Seaweed to all these positive characteristics, the result is a pleasurable dish that is bursting with flavour.
Brittany Seaweed has many essential benefits for life, and is an element of nature that the Earth has given us to use as a seasoning with no problems.
It is quite normal for Asian countries to use seaweed, but Western countries are not accustomed to using them as a seasoning. Nonetheless, this product is now started to be used more and more often. It should be borne in mind that seaweed has a concentration of 500 times more elements essential for life: mineral salts, magnesium, calcium, potassium, vitamins and acids.

Salt, seaweed* (Palmaria palmata, Ulva sp, Prophyra sp) (20%). (*organically grown).
